Process

Creation of your paving starts long before you make any kind of commitment. You are given all the time you need to comfortably decide a colour and texture that suits you from our popular range, or have the option of customising your own colour. You are given actual samples to take home with you, so you can mix and match to your own decor and surroundings.

On placing your order, you are faxed or posted an Order Confirmation Form which details everything about your order and about concrete in general. If you want to make any changes in colour, size or quantity, adjust the Order Confirmation Form and fax back to us. There is no charge for making adjustments at this stage of your order ... And when you are 100% sure that you know what you want, only then will we proceed with your order by securing your place in production.

During manufacture of your order, you are welcome to request a test pour to inspect the first batch of your order to ensure everything is as you expected. You are free to view your paving at any stage.

Non-stock products which need to be manufactured usually take about 2 - 3 weeks including curing time. During peak seasons (August - February), only indicative lead times are available on application. Firm lead times will be given on receipt of order.

On completion of your order, you will receive a call to let you know your order is ready and to arrange a delivery that suits you. When you receive your order, attached to your pallet you will find a Quality Control Check List completed by the people responsible for taking care of your order at every stage of its manufacture and packaging ... And, you are asked to give us any feedback on our performance.

Payment options available to you are Eft-Pos, Master Card, Visa, Cheque or Cash ... We ask for a 30% deposit prior to manufacture, balance of payment is on or before delivery ... Or .... place your order through your Accredited Installer! They'll take care of all the details of your order for you! (see Installers).
